This is first i have every posed a review one the sheets is 100 % microfiber but i didnt listen to the reviews and ordered them that was my mistake the sheets i ordered had a 4 inch run they told me i could send them back i would have to pay for shipping and handling i said i was sent bad sheets the run was on the front in plain site to see that they should never been sent.he goes and tells me they cant inspect the sheets which i cant believe they have no one to inspect there product but he tells me when i decide to move to Florida i can come and inspect there sheets so for any one out there doing there homework before buying be careful it is mirofiber and the customer service is the worst ive every seen at this point im thinking take my loss and forget about the company and hopeful discourage anyone making the same mistake i did

I ordered these sheets thinking that they were bamboo and NO WHERE on them does it say bamboo! I called and talked to a man and he was VERY RUDE.

He argued with me that they are bamboo. He said there is a certificate on their site that shows they are authentic.. I disagree cause they don't say Bamboo on the package or sheets ANYWHERE.. Anyone could buy ***.

Like them and put a certificate on the internet and call them authentic. It proves nothing. This company is a total ripoff.

Don't waste your money or time with this company! I sure wish I wouldn't have.

His name is Phil mobilio and he runs all this himself or with his girlfriend out of a condo in Bradenton, Fl.

I have dealt with MGDirect.co before and the sheets they are selling are 100% Micofiber Polyester sheets that you can buy at the swap meet for $10. They put a printed card in it and sell them at a highly discounted price of either $19 or $39 dollars, then charge $10 in shipping.

If another company can sell them for $10 I would think they actually cost less then that, so they are making a huge profit and laughing all the way to the bank with our hard earned money. Total scam, ripoff, garbage made in China!! I would invite anyone that has shared this same misfortune to file a complaint with BBB on this company so others don't get caught up in this problem. By the way, this is a case of false advertisement since there is no bamboo.

Consumer affairs would be interested in hearing from everyone this has happened to so they can move forward with their investigation! Sorry this happened to all of us, just goes to show that you cannot believe what you read until you see the tag!

I placed an order for 1800 thread count sheets and received paper thin 100% microfiber - and I had to hunt all over before I found what they were made of. Totally false advertising and, of course, you can't return them if they've been opened - and you can't find out what they're like UNLESS you open them!!

They've got you coming and going!! I will NEVER order from this company again - and thank God that I didn't give these as a gift.

BTW, I had also ordered 800 thread ct. sheets from J.C.

Penney's and they were beautiful!!! I guess you could call this a "learning" lesson.

This company, MG 'direct from china' is a fraud.

I order ivory sheets bamboo certified,

The product I received is of poor quality,dirty, with no certification or any description on it. The only thing in writing is: Made in China.

The product came many weeks later and in yellow intead of ivory. The company ignore my messages and took zero responsibility. BE CAREFULL.

Here, one of my emails:

You say: "color that we received." that means to me: you sell me something you did not have. It looks like, you first charge me then you order from China. And the China store send whatever they have.

It doesn't looks fine for me.

Don't you think you HAVE to disclose to the buyer that you do not have the product at the time we are paying for it and disclose that the colors will be a surprice?

Don't you think you HAVE to disclose the product was coming from China, and we need to wait at least a month to get the surprice product?

NO, you didn't do that.

You show us 3 options: white, ivory and black. With an explanation about the how great this product was. A product with Organic Bamboo Certificate, right?

When you receive the shipping from China (everyone know how bad are products from China) you find out the product have NO certification at all, is poor and colors are many. So, you send us the "happy" email about the colors...

As I told you before, I didn't like any of that colors and IN WRITING I asked for the original IVORY and YOU told me you have it. And send me Yellow...

Now, you DO NOT WANT TO ASSUME YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

This business practice you are doing will be interesting for the Best Business Bureau to know.

They never respond and I am reporting this company everywhere.

I also had a bad experience with Steve Campanella. I called needing help with a voucher code.

He was rude, wouldn't help and when I asked him his name, hung up on me. When I called back, he answered the phone again and said the only way he would help me by phone would be if he charged me a fee. I will not be buying any future products with this company.

I did receive prompt and wonderful customer service from Sweetjack. They replied that my concerns were reported to their upper management and were so sorry for my experience with MG Direct.

Product was completely misleading in it's description. Advertises as Bamboo but these bedsheets are clearly something from a discount store.

The labeling does not even display what material the sheets are made of. The label looks like something I would make on my computer: no bar code, manufacturing info, etc. Embarrassed to give these as a gift! And it took 6 1/2 weeks to receive the item.

When I called customer service about a refund, replacement, or credit the representative would not return my messages.

When I finally got in touch with him, he was rude and hung up on me. This company gives no refunds despite misrepresentations of products.

I, too, bought a dental guard from MG Direct. It took weeks to get to my house, when it came it was just a V-E-R-Y cheap piece of Chinese junk that was W-A-Y over priced, and when I tried to return it, customer service couldn't be bothered.

I would rate this company an F, and I would not recommend it to anyone, nor will I ever buy from them again. Cheap products that are very over priced, not at all timely in delivery, and no customer service or R-E-A-L return policy.

I think all this company does is rip people off!

I tried to make it work. Customer Service Rep Steven Campanella, would not refund the amount paid. He said there are "No exceptions". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Steven Campanella will not work with you, or compensate you in any way for a terrible product. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy. I hope the word gets out that this company has terrible customer service.

I just bought a product through the MGDirect website. They charged me $2 because I left a digit off of a coupon number, and their website didn't recognize it and charged me the full amount.

When I pointed this out to them, they refunded me the value of the coupon minus $2 with a statement that said it was their "standard" charge that is outlined in their refund, replacement and erroneous charges policy! An exchange of emails proved to be worthless.

So much for having a "customer relations" team (that was who signed their emails, no names given). So, if you buy anything from MGDirect, and then return it, they will also *** $2 of your refund.

I purchased a Groupon for an item sold by MG Direct (mgdirect.co). I ordered the item as a Christmas gift on 12/11/12. The "tracking number" provided by them leads to the USPS website which only gives confirmation that the item was shipped.

When I emailed letting them know their "tracking number" gave no information about shipment and asked for help about receiving my item in time for the Holiday I was told they take no responsibility once an item has been shipped.

I responded that I expected them to help since they sold me the item. They replied 3 business days later that "like I said" please refer to your tracking number and they take no responsibility for shipped items.

I received the item 4 business days after Christmas.

I suggest NOT ordering items from MG Direct. They were highly over priced. They provided almost no customer service, especially once I asked for more than a pointless "tracking number", the item arrived with no instructions or packing slip or otherwise information.
