Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Returned repaired product.
Don't give up. Keep on calling.
Up until this time, all interactions with MFJ have been very good. My MFJ-949F tuner has been at their shop for 7 months now.
I have been able to contact them on 3 occasions.
They have been very nice, promising to get my tuner back, but nothing yet. I am very upset at this point.
