Resolved: I have not received my order.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I ordered a few products from the Circulon website on Dec. 12th for a Christmas present and here it is the 25th.
I have tried multiple times to contact them through the automated customer service number and the service ticket system with no reply. The irony is I've already purchased one of the products in the past and its awesome.
It starting to look like Ive lost the money. There was a slight irregularity ith the shipping with my first purchase but it worked out in the end.
User's recommendation: Be a little cautious about purchasing.

Every time I try to return anything or try to speak to someone about returning anything all I get is a click and an automated system that cannot help me no matter what even if I go on the website, theres no help so this is a very very poor business

Paula Deen Cookware by Meyer Corporation
I have bought 2 sets -15 pieces plus teapot one for me and one for daughter last Christmas (2014). Neither of us have any metal cooking utensils in our kitchens-just plastic!
They have never been put in a dishwasher, nor exposed to high heat. Both sets are severely scratched and discolored on the bottom insides. Called Meyer tree line and they send them back AT OUR EXPENSE!!!!! They will evaluate and let us know.
What do I cook in until then????
Don't buy Paula Deen's products-they are not what you might think! I think this company is ripping folks off!
