Wrong address on my order I submitted
- - Order #304504 needs the shipping address updated to Cyndy Beer, {{Redacted}}.
- - The wrong address cannot forward the package to me.
ME TV was very accommodating and emailed me to inform me that they received my message through their customer service. They changed the address I submitted to the correct one!The issue was remedied quickly but they don’t respond on the weekends.

She took down the information and actually contacted store@***.com to make sure they received my email re: the wrong shipping address!
She called me back within only a few minutes with the good news that the correct address was updated on my account. Great response from METV mall!
