AI Highlights
  • MUD bill over $300 for charges at the old address.
  • Moved out Jan 30; Jan statement not received; portal showed nothing; ASAP resolution requested.

Hello, My partner received an email today saying that we owe over $300 to MUD. We moved back in January and I went through the online portal before we even moved to get everything transferred.

We never received Januarys statement and when I checked nothing was appearing online. Today we get slapped with a bill and I see we were charged over February as well at our old address.

We finished our move out the 30th as the date I selected for our service to end while we transferred service over to our new address. I would like to get to the bottom of this ASAP.
