The worst management company out there

This company repeatedly refuses to even respond to any homeowners maintenance requests. Complete dictator.

Runs all over the the so called "Board of Directors". He will not listen to anyone or anything. The most arrogant human being that you will ever meet. The contractors he uses are the bottom of the barrel.

Ask Mill Creek Condominiums what happened to their 1.2 million dollar reserve. Hard to believe this guy is still in business.

Condominium complexes need to read these reviews before choosing a company that will have control over all of your money. Do not make the same mistake Pinebrook Condominiums did.

MPM is THE WORST property management company

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I unfortunately live in a condo complex that is managed by them and it's clear that they could not care less about their customers aka the residents.

Greg Cueter is such a displeasure to deal with. He has HORRIBLE reviews in so many forums, it's a wonder how this man still has a job. I highly recommend NOT moving anywhere that has the name Metropolitan Property Management company attached to it.

I plan on selling my place and moving the F out as soon as I can. Save yourself a world of hassle by avoiding this corrupt man and the corrupt company he owns.

MPM was established 40 years ago to manage and operate condominium communities in Macomb and Oakland county. We still manage the first three clients that we contracted with when the company was formed.

Our objective is to operate the communities we represent so they are sound financially and well maintained. When dealing with tens of thousands of people it is inevitable that we will take action that is unacceptable to certain individuals.

In the past we have ignored the random postings on the internet but now that social media is dominating our lives it has become necessary to respond to the postings on this page and other venues. It is always our objective to be extremely professional on a day to day basis while at the same time making sure our clients' interests are protected.

Metropolitan Property Management - MPM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/GREG CUETER & MILL CREEK CONDOS

The person posing the 2nd review (Marie Odziana Dube) is using several public forums as a vendetta against named people that has nothing to do with the companies being 'reviewed'. She is now using your forum, pissedconsumer.com.

Please remove this 5/31/2016 2nd review which names people not affiliated with MPM in any way.

Ms Dube recently lost the election to the Mill Creek board (not affiliated with MPM) and is lashing out any way she can through public forums in an attempt to 'taint' those she believe is responsible for her failure. Again, none of this has anything to do with Metropolitan Property Management (MPM), which by the way is not employed by Mill Creek.

MPM has always been responsive to co-owners in my experience over 10 years. Work orders are promptly filled.

Financial records available for review. Complex is well maintained. Landscaping and snow removal are completed on schedule. Board members make decisions which may not always be acceptable to co-owners but can be rectified by elections.

Generally co-owners are unwilling to be involved unless HOA is increased or an assessment is necessary.

Co-owners should contact board members with complaints and even congratulations! If board members are not receptive to your calls, replace them.

Metropolitan Property Management is a JOKE!

This management company does not manage any property! They take over condominium complexes and take care of the board members (who get special treatment) and take association dues and in return the residents get NOTHING! The owner's name is Gregory Cueter. He threatens to take anyone to court who opposes him and his nasty staff. The buildings are in bad need of repair on the exterior and are left looking horrible. The winter time is the worst as they never shovel or plow the driveways or walkways. Salt is never used with the exception of the mail boxes as they know the federal government would sue them. There is a pending lawsuit against them where a senior citizen fell and was badly injured, yet they continue to ignore any complaints and could care less about the safety of the residents. If there is an attorney reading this, you would have a class action lawsuit against this company.

Google his name or the company and you will see all of the complaints against him and his company of low life people who take money and threaten mainly older people. Eighty year old women are out shoveling snow in their driveways because it is never done.

The only thing they do is manicure the lawns in the summer so it will look nice when you drive in. This is because the owner of the landscape company is a very good friend of the owner.

This is by far the WORST management company and should be put out of business.

More people need to speak up and not be afraid of this man and his lack of management!
