I have been a patient at Metropolitan Dental Care for several years, I've always paid my bills in advance, now I am realizing that I have been over charged. I kept seeing bogus charges for work that was never done. I complained and was ignored. I was having a partial made. They cut away a bridge, leaving a crown that sat at a 45 degree angle. I complained that the crown hurt when I tried to eat and was told I would get used to it. When the partial was put in, around the crooked crown, I still could not eat, and now the partial was rocking back and forth. Still I could not eat. I kept calling, sent emails, and finally walked into the office returning the partial and said I wanted a refund. Still no response. I only saw the dentist on rare occasions, all the work was done by a dental assistant. I am fed up with their attitude and refuse to walk into their offices again. I now need to pay another dentist to correct the work Metro Dental claimed to have done.
