Metronics unmasked---scam artists
WPVI TV in PHILA Chanel 6 has been running consumer reports showing metronics doing same billing scam charging you after you cancel, to thousands of consumers, NO rating by BBB with thousands of complaints. Also after contract over will not give you code to permit other companies to use the equipment you thought you paid for over the 3 year contract.
Action News 6 reporter Nidya Han story is online. I found out that Metronics locks the Honeywell panel and it was confirmed by head of tech . long conversation with Executive Response Rep was caught flat footed when tech guy mistakenly admitted scheme to me..

Metronics - Wasting My Time
I called Metronics to cancel. Never easy. Made me go through hoops just to talk to someone. I did as told. Sent letter. Still withdrew monthly fee (even though contract expired). Now I have to call again to get my money back.
Not only that, the alarm keeps beeping and I want to shut it off. I don't know how. After being on the phone with them for long time, they said they need to come to turn it off. BUT WILL CHARGE FOR IT!
Enough is enough. If you want to do business continuously and with the public, you should not make the cancellation process so difficult. I cancelled with many other businesses and I am only sticking with those who let's me cancel easily.
Preferred solution: Full refund plus cancellation plus alarm OFF
