This place steals and thinks its ok. My invoice states my husband rented the truck june 20. He rented it may 1st. He changed the total. I have proof that he did not sell my unit from storage.com. they stated that they could not tell me the details but it was never put up for auction. Also i called and spoke to a judge in pelham al. who stated to me personally that he could auction my things off but that he had to send me notification by registered mail or place an annoucment in the paper which he himself Kevin Wheeler sent me an email saying he did not have too. Proof i have. Now we are living in the usa and you tell me that can legally happen. O will not forget this. Nor will i just let it go. I may have to live like i am now but i will not ever stop making my posts or comments everywhere i can possibly do it until they personally admit they kept my things and bring them back to me like they took from me. I am old and helpless. Mr so called owner there EDWIN LUMPKIN NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS AND TELLING ME NOT TO CALL HIM. WELL I BEG TO DIFFER. I WILL NEVER EVER STOP. YOU HERE ME MR. FLUNKY. I DON T CARE IF YOU HAVE ME ON TAPE. THAT MEANS YOU RE ON IT TOO.HALLELUA PRAISE THE LORD CUZ THIS TIME YOU RE SCREWED!!!! TALK AT UA SOON.

Minus 0 i can t get over this. I can t rebuy anything. On fixed income really bad health and no nothing.

May 2016 rented truck kept longer than should have. Manager said bring truck back & no charges. & he would not keep my belongings. Lied kevin wheeler. Said i could pay whatever and as i could. Charged me 18000.plus. Called in sept to make another payment he says no more. It will take me forever. Refused andbsaid he auctioned off. Lied. Pulic storage. com said he never auctioned off. Had 3 desktop computers.1 nib. 4 sewing machines too much to list. Now still with nothing. Owner said out of his own good heart he would give me some furn if i came to get. No way has my things he has trucks. He should just bring my things to me. Like any decent person. Priscilla Cook

My unit he kept. We never signed any paper.
Never even been at this place. He confiscated in wentumpka al. We couldn t even take our phone charger or anything that was in cab of truck. Left us stranded on street.
He deleted his invoice from my email. Now it reads i owed him 4200.00. If that was all i owed after 17 months of paying. Why in the *** would he not let me finish.
Lumpkin had his flunky call me and offer me 250.00 for keeping my mouth shut. I need my things. Brand new bed i only had a few days. Tiffany style lamps.
And new clithes shoes purses. Most still had tags.
