Bus never arrived
- - Waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes; a disabled passenger is waiting while calls to Metro Public Safety were unanswered.
I've been waiting on a shuttle ride from casino queen for 45 minutes and it says they run every 20 min. Then I call metro public safety because it's the only number that has someone to answer and I called twice and was hung up on.
Then called a third time to get no answer.
This is the worst service ever. I'm standing here with a disabled passenger and other passengers for 45 min.
