Verified ReviewerFaulty equipment
- - The DTU tow truck is missing chains.
- - Cylinders are leaking and welds look cheap.
- - Delays in parts shipping and a runaround from Al and Sarah.
I bought a $65,000 DTU (tow truck)
Its missing chains its cylinders are leaking cheap Chinese welds. Al and Sarah have given me the run around for shipping parts to repair a unit thats brand new its the worst customer service you can imagine they just ping pong the ball to one another no accountability what so ever.
- Cheap products
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Send me the missing equipment that comes with the truck and parts to repair my boom they should pay not me
