Worst. Company. Ever.

They don't show up and somehow it's your fault as an ungrateful customer.

Just switched last year. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and affordable

Now it is renewal time. Mr Dale offers early renewals without having to pay HST.

So on average, a customer saves some $ 45.00 for a double driveway.

BUT before you jump into renewal please remember: This is the same company that did not deliver any services last season. And yet Mr. Dale is still very proud of the services and keeps blaming the (hiccups) on bad bad weather.

Save your money. Do not renew with this company.

I have been a customer of Metro Snow (and Appleseed) for years.

In the last 2 years, after Mr Dale (CEO) bit what he could not swallow, the services of this company went from 8-9 out of 10 to ZERO.

They are late clearing snow almost most of the times. When they are not late, they miss the entire clearing or they miss clearing after the city plows.

They are unprofessional, do not respond to emails or phone calls.

It is a shame that a company which was well run became such a miserable mess and we pay the price.

I give this company a rating of zero in all aspects. I do not recommend using it.

Metro Snow and Ice took my money and never delivered on their services! My family hired Metro Snow and Ice prior to the snow season back in mid November.

They were quick to walk me through the process to collect my money and were very prompted on their response up until they took my money. It wasn't until the first snow fall that I realized something wasn't right and that the negative reviews I found about them online rang true. My driveway was never serviced, and when I tried to call them, they either never responded or their voicemail box was full. The Owned and Staff seem to spend more time defending the negative reviews they receive online instead of actually responding back to their concerned customers.

I showed up to a locked door at the office. I could not speak in person to anyone. The reps at Metro Snow and Ice often tell complaining customers that they never answer their phone and instruct customers to contact them via the contact form on their website. However, I filled out their form several numerous times and never heard anything back from them.

There is virtually no way to contact anyone at their company. I know I'm not the only one going through issue and I would encourage anyone who has had a negative experience to voice their concerns on this website to bring public awareness to this issue and hopefully bring about change in the way they service the community. Metro Snow and Ice is a snow plowing service located in Ottawa Ontario.

They claim to offer a "First There" Satisfaction policy which sounds like nothing more then a marketing scheme to luring in more clients. I doubt they are ever "First There".
