I was looking for a car and I found one that I liked on Metro motors lot. I checked the reviews on Google briefly and discovered some good reviews and bad.
I decided to give them a chance and I financed a car off their lot. The BMW that I got gave me numerous dashboard lights immediately after I drove off the lot after signing papers.
That same day I went back and complained they gave me a bad car... they took it in for weeks and replaced a turbo. Thankfully I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, but I was still out of a car.
A year later, Today I'm dealing with a head gasket that is blown.
Maybe even a warped block. The cost of this repair would cost almost as much as the car when I financed it. The owner of this lot told me that pure white smoke coming from the exhaust was "normal for a v8". Today mechanics can confirm that Metro Motors lied to me.
Check the Google reviews. Those 1,2 star reviews are true. Not just salty people like this guy makes them out to be.
Lucky they got 2 stars from me. They can't do anything to make this better.

Treated badly

02/12/2018 I bought a car there and less than two weeks the transmission went out I paid cash. I have confronted the dealer and he has told so many lies.
he has threatened myself and my boyfriend. he is muslum I found out he had bad things to say about our country and our president calling him a stupid {{Redacted}}. he is laughing at me. I was a good customer lets put him out of business I am a middle aged disabled person living on a limited income I gave this *** every penny I had for this car.
I needed this car to get to my doctor appointments and to get to the store. I can't walk very well. it would take a evil person to do an elderly lady like that bad business and dealer what he said about our president when we were not even talking about mr. trump is repulsive.
I would love to see his sorry *** run out of this country and out of business I come from a long line of veterans that served our country from world war 2 my father was a medic in world war 2 he was a great person he would be furious at how I have been treated. I have an uncle that retired from the national guard after 40 or more years.
I have brothers and uncles who served. lets do them justice and take this *** down
