They are flimflam artists

they tacked on 3 insurance policys to my finance application whic I didn't need. Two days later I had them cancel. I only received money back for one policy so far. I have spoken to two employees and they say they know nothing about it. What do I need to do to get my money back. I would never buy or lease an auto from them and I tell everyone. I will put it on Facebook if I don't get a check soon. I have filed complaints everywhere I could. Can you help? I have all the documents. I will fax or email to you if necessary

MERCEDES GLK 350 LIARS LIARS MISREPRESENTED CAR AS OFF LEASE

These hustlers got me good. I bought a MBenz GLK 350 that they advertised as off lease. They didn't mention it had been in an accident prior to the lease ending and that the wheels and engine were taken out. IT only had 24k miles on it and was sold as clean. THEY bought it at auction, slipped the paperwork in with a pile of other stuff an inch thick...shuffled past the carfax. I stopped them and asked why the service history had rotors ground and brakes replaced at 24k miles>>>>no answer. I should have walked away then. NOW I KNOW WHY THERE IS A SECURITY OFFICER IN THE LOBBY!!! More than a few people have been burned. Horrendous. They also tried to sell me the car for more than advertised and tried to add miscellaneous fees for carpet protectors....walk away.

FterSells wrecked cars as new/used

Buyer Beware! These people sell damaged cars fixed up by their collision division. The car VIN# is never registered with Carfax so it shows up clean. It took another FIAT dealership to point out the previous wreck the car had been in. All those wasted trips to the service dept. about overheating and electrical problems.. Finally took it to another dealership where they informed us that the car had been in a wreck previously. *** guinea *** Greco.. Hope it was worth the *** reviews you're getting from me when I pass along how you really screw over a customer

ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!! I just bought a Mercedes Benz that they scammed me on.

Initially the service was great. I thought I had found a good deal. The ad said "Trade-One owner" then the CarFax that appeared then totally disappered after the sale, told the story. Bought at auction, shoddy work to repair it.

*** me, I live an hour and a half away so I took it after to have it looked at by my trusted mechanic. It should be ok. Still under MB warrantee, but SCAMMERS DON'T BUY!!! DON'T THINK YOU ARE DIFFERENT.

It's been two weeks and they won't return my calls for copies of paperwork they did NOT supply me with. "LOST" I'm thinking of calling and documenting with the Dept.

of Consumer Protection in Rhode Island. Maybe a TV news team would be delighted to have a story about them RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Non existent Customer service and Wrong Price listings in website

Unless you are okay with running behind people to get things don like title, registration etc this is the last place I would suggest you go. If you have checked online and decided on something before you go the dealer the first thing they tell you is that the actual price is 2500$ more than that is shown on the website. And that the price listed on the website is a way of bringing more people to come to the dealership. Once you have committed to buying a car with them and processing is done. There ends all customer service. You call and call and call and never reach anyone. There is zero escalation procedure as the sales manager and the registration desk keep referring you back to the sales person who is very adept in ignoring calls. All this doesnt stop them from calling and asking for feedback after the visit. The results of which I dont know what they use for. Even though I am fine with the car I brought, the experience has been worst ever. I am still waiting for the registration of my car to be completed (2 weeks and counting). I am at a standstill as there is no one I can call to or will answer the status. I am not someone who writes reviews very often. At the time I checked reviews, they had mostly good reviews which was one reason that compelled me to check them out in the first place.

Horrible experience with 2013 Optima Hybrid

The car is 4 weeks old and so far has had the UVO system which includes the radio, back-up camera system replaced. Today the air conditioner died. The dealer had to order a new compressor for the car that only has 1000 miles on it. The dealer says this is uncommon and that is why they put manufacturer warranties on cars. What a ridiculous answer from GRIECO KIA IN DELRAY BEACH. I would love to give this car back and buy something else, but I guess that will not happen anytime soon. This dealership needs to go through some extensive training for their people.

Total misrepresented price and lied.

I call Metro Motor Group in Johnston Rhode Island and asked about their advertised price for a 2012 KIA Soul for $14,845. They told me it was an automatic and they had several to choose from. I went there with an appointment to meet with the general manager (Mike). When I arrived a sales person greeted me and asked to help me because Mike was too busy. I told the sales person I wanted to buy an automatic KIA Soul with no trade in for the advertised price of $14,845. He advised to take a look on the lot to see if there was one I liked. I told him I wanted to but one now for this price. The stk#K29051 was never listed on their inventory and when I called them back about this they told me to come in and they would honor the price even if this one was sold. Long story short no car on the lot was priced at this advertised price and they had no intention to honor the price. This was a scam to get people in to there location and bait and switch. I wish to hear from KIA about this practice and then if I am not satisfied I will take it to the news media and the office of the Attorney General for further investigation and or prosecution. KIA should not allow the Grieco family to operate a dealership that allows this type of deceptive and fraudulent practices. Call me for further information at 401-738-****.

Central Kia in Norwood is the place to go. Awesome people, much better prices than Metro on the same car.
