Claimed proposal was for me to hook up. I compared my original to theirs... they wrote in extra line item. Very strange..

I believe it's because they realize no circuit breaker out there. I offered to pay extra for materials.. but they were booked solid and seemed like they didn't want to deal with it anymore. What baffles me is they wrote in an extra line item and didn't seem to be concerned when I calmly suggested that this would walk all day in small claims.

They probably realize that for the $3950 I paid, and the extra $250 to pay an electrician to finish it up.. was probably not worth my time..

I'll have to decide.. I think it's best people are aware of very strange and almost not a smart owner running a small business.
