Horrible..worst..disgusting..fraud people

Horrible..worst..disgusting..I am not getting no other words to describe their way of dealing with customers. They don't have any ethics in doing business, they tell blunt lies in trapping the customer and get money from customer. When you go the showroom, they will trap you and dont give time to think and insist you to pay money by telling all lies. Day 2 onwards no one will even talk to you if you call them. You cant believe I have called 20 times a day for 3 consecutive day and left only messages to call me back. They lie that the representative is with the customer whole day. They tell all silly reason to avoid to talk to you. Once one of their sales person was fooling me by saying the same thing again and again and bluntly cut the call. I had gone there to check the offers currently they have. The representative just wasted time by going to her manager to check each and every question. And they asked me to take test drive and decide. After they showed me the offer on the lease. I wanted some time to think and said will come back later. The agent really got wild and was kind of showing faces that she had spent 4 hours to just for this. Then we agreed on a deal and they insisted me to pay the down payment upfront which I did. Later I realized they are over charging compared to other dealers and I made up my mind to cancel the lease deal. I mailed them immediately stating that I want to cancel the deal. Later on Monday when I called they just refused saying you will not get the down payment which I paid (4500 dollars) which was shocking to me. I went to their office and they offered me another vehicle for lesser monthly payment and they asked me to wait and take the vehicle. After an hour of wait the Finance guy came and said we are having difficulty in getting the approval for lease, we can offer you a finance option. I said NO, then they asked me to wait for 48 hours and they would get the lease approved by talking to higher authorities in the bank. And I kept calling them several times (you cant imagine my frustration) and never could get any of them on line. Then 4th day I get a mail from the sales agent that they will refund my money. Today its 12th day and still I have not got a penny from them. I have been calling them everyday and they just take my message and they never call me back. I seriously think they are a fraud and want to use customers money and take them for a ride. Now I am looking for other options to dispute the amounts charged to my credit card.

It is really frustrating and stressful if I think about the way I was treated by Metrohonda Jersey city office.

I don't recommend MetroHonda even my enemy. That's all I can say.

I just want to record this somewhere as I wanted to express my feelings so that people can avoid getting into hard time with these *** guys.

Metro Honda Oil Change Review

I just came back from a deployment so my car hasn't been serviced in a year, so I went in for an oil change. When I first bought my civic si I was offered free guaranteed oil changes for life. When I got to the dealership the manager made me pay for the oil change after I explained to him my situation.

HONDA CARE MEMBERSHIP

I BOUGHT MY CAR TO METRO HONDA JERSEY CITY, THEY CHARGED ME A MEMBERSHIP THAT I DIDNT REQUEST, NOW I HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR MY USED CAR, THEY LIED TO ME, THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, THEY HAD THE CONTRACT INSIDE THE FOLDER AND THEY KNEW IT, AND NOW THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND ME THE ALL AMOUNT OF THAT MEMBERSHIP NEVER USED, I DIDNT HAVE IDEA ABOUT THIS MATTER, THE SALESMAN AND THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT JUST WANTED TO MAKE MORE MONEY AND GET A BIGGER BONUS LADRONESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, THEY TRICK THE PEOPLE DONT GO TO THAT DEALER,

Signed contract for a lease and two weeks later They call we need the car back

We signed a lease contract and we take the car. Two weeks later they call us to say we didn't get approved and they need the car back.

Who does that? Metro *** honda. These *** did that to us. Is that even legal?

I still have the car. It's embarrissing. My wife was deveseted and hurt. It like giving a toy to a child and taking away two mites later.

I called to speak to a sales manager so the

can explain better. I was told the were in a meeting and will call me back. Two hours later I called again. They are still in a meeting.

So we went there with out the car express our frustration as to why they did return our calls four later and why do they people sign contracts and take the cars only to ask for it again. No answer.

Waited over a month for plates

Financed a car over a month ago. Still don't have my plates.

Been driving around with expired temporary plates. Got pulled over by the cops today and got a ticket. The cop was supposed to tow the car but gave me a break. Now I'm at Metro Honda for 2 hours and no one has helped me.

This is definitely the worst place to get a car. I will never get a car here even if its free. There is a lot of people working here but no one is here to help us.

It doesn't make any sense. Never again will I come here

I left my portable GPS in the car for service dropoff. Picked up the car the next day, the GPS was not there.

The guy said to call the next day to see if they have it. Its been 2 months I have called many times and each time they either refer me to someone else or say they don't have it.

If i'm giving them a $30k car to service with all expensive parts and all, why should I have to worry about a 200 dollar GPS device? My stupidity and forgetfulness but they employ people who are not trust worthy....

The service center people are neither helpful or concerned.

I purchased my car from them 5 years back and have serviced it many times. I will not go back to them again.

Why would anyone leave anything of value in sight when leaving or parking their car anywhere. No the most prudent behavior. Trustworthy or not it would'nt last ten minutes on the street, why would you give it to someone?
