Sun in Cebu City Philippines and up until the package hasn't been delivered yet.
It's 2 months and 5 days now. THIS IS FOR INQUIRY PURPOSES.

What kind of company is this?
People from Singapore pack things I the box. First paid $180.
And I have a receipt stating its paid. I sent in April 2022. The I came back to Philippines In May and I suppose to receive it in June but never received. Then I called the company they paid I need to pay a balance of $35.
Then I paid the balance of $35 when I was in Philippines but to receive my box it took 3 months from manila to mindanao. Then guess what happen. Half my things in my box is missing. So what can the company do about this?
What kind of company are you all running? People work so hard to sent things to the family in Philippines and this happen. I am going to tell everyone in line and social media to never trust you company again.

If you ask them to re schedule the pick up, they will tell you that you just wasted their trips? Very poor costumer service..Ms.
Mabelle, you should go back to grade school .you are the owner of that company but you have no values! Treat your employee fairly and Remember, Costumers are always right!!!
