i call and ask how much the price of the box jumbo box they said $165 mindanao lanao del norte.yes i agree, after they collect my box and i paid the balance $145 they call me back and told me that mindanao its not jumbox $165 that i pay.i got shock and telling me mindanao hard port island the price $225?why that agency never tell the truth the different price in mindanao and hard pord island???why???too expensive in Lbc no hard port island i never like that.jumbo box in Lbc its cause $175.why???

If you ask them to re schedule the pick up, they will tell you that you just wasted their trips? Very poor costumer service..Ms. Mabelle, you should go back to grade school .you are the owner of that company but you have no values! Treat your employee fairly and Remember, Costumers are always right!!!

The owner Ms. Mabelle Perez Tajonera is very rude!! She is the one answering the call and if you tell him to re schedule the pick up, she will not allow you because she said she spent for the gas already.

This is my first Time to send my package to my country..and the owner is the one who accomodate me.when the driver went ti pick up my package, he told me that i have to pay extra because it's full and over it's to Its maximum load.i told the driver that ask the company and Im willing to pay for extra charge.then he called to The owner and the owner Ms. Mabel start lecturing me i said stop lecturing me because im willing to pay i need to! And she gets mad and yell at me..eventhough she is the owner of that cargo company, i am the customer and she has no right!!
