Pissed at Metro Appliances Joplin Mo

Installed a brand new dishwasher wrong. Took them weeks to figure out why it did not pump the water out. Total of 5 service calls. Left numerous messages for salesman to return my calls. Finally talked to him one time. Different salesman figured out what was wrong, apparently he knew more than their appliance installer knew about the installation of dishwashers. I had purchased a complete bundle of GE appliances from them. Stove, over range microwave, refrigerator and said dishwasher. I had purchased appliances from them in the past and had no problems so felt comfortable buying G again. I have no idea what happened this time, but I am one in Nhappy customer

Was it a GE Monogram dishwasher? They may have resold it to us as new - having same issues and they will not honor warranty
