I have been a customer at metro for many years. My phone stop working.

I go to BUY one . They wanted my pin no. I don't know it. They did not want to help what do ever.

I'm getting surgery end of this week.

I have no phone for hospital to call me. I was really sad they don't want to he!p.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: I would tell some one to go metro. Even if I didn't get to buy my phone.

spoke to a Sells Agent, Wait I forgot they work off Commision..

WOW what a lack of Poor Customer Support.. NFM beats Metro Hands Down with Quality Customer Support...

Pissed at Metro Appliances Joplin Mo

Total of 5 service calls. Left numerous messages for salesman to return my calls. Finally talked to him one time. Different salesman figured out what was wrong, apparently he knew more than their appliance installer knew about the installation of dishwashers.

I had purchased a complete bundle of GE appliances from them. Stove, over range microwave, refrigerator and said dishwasher.

I had purchased appliances from them in the past and had no problems so felt comfortable buying

Was it a GE Monogram dishwasher? They may have resold it to us as new - having same issues and they will not honor warranty
