Resolved: Scammed!
- - Item never arrived; tracking shows delivered.
- - Two tracking numbers are invalid per Post Office.
- - Refund would deduct shipping and loss; reship possible.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Partial refund for the item I never received!
They still deducted the shipping costs to them and part of the item cost to my refund! No matter what I threatened them with, reporting them to the DOJ fraud dept.
the Federal Trade Commission, etc. I checked with the USPS as they told me to do and both of the tracking numbers they provided were invalid the USPS said.
The item I ordered never arrived and when I checked the tracking number it said it had been delivered. I contacted them and they told me to contact my Post Office. There were TWO separate tracking numbers and the Post Office said neither of them were valid. I contacted the company again and they said it had been return but not to the warehouse they could reship it from.
HUH? Then they had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted a refund, they would have to deduct the shipping and the cost of the "loss" of the item!!!
I have threatened to report them to the proper authorities but they obviously don't care! Again, do NOT buy from them, they are crooks!
