Battery charger warranty
I have multiple hpt cordless tools and kits. skilsaw, sawzall, jigsaw, impact drivers, 3/4 in impact wrench, 1/2 in drills, metal cutters, routers.
Needless to say I USE metabo hpt. Ive always been extremely happy with metabo-hpt warranty support. From a dropped driver resulting in a broken housing to a failed burned up drill motor and now 2 chargers failing within 3 weeks. Metabo has always taken care of my needs in a fast professional manner.
Finding the direct warranty number is a little difficult as its been removed from the website. But with a little digging you can find it. The guys in warranty are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Be respectful and you will be treated with respect in kind.
Turn around time can be a little slow ( 3-4 weeks ) but they will let you know that turn around estimate if you ask. Ive placed warranty through the online form and it works sufficiently. But truth be told i prefer and have awesome luck speaking to them personally. Roland, in Georgia is awesome to deal with.

Battery failures
Nail gun battery was a failure out right out of the box. Tried to call customer service no one picked up. No one was available terrible

New batteries wiil not take charge
When on put on charge it read full but in tools they are dead. Less than 1 year old 3.0. Would like information on replacement through warranty.?...

2nd battery failure
We just received the battery and charger. Which also was not charging.
Blinking red light right after attempt to charge. Both systems are not working and tryed using other outlets to no avail.
