I paid the invoice in full. The equipment was delivered without foam filled tires. It cost me $1,864 to make the equipment work properly. I contacted the sales rep who informed me that his boss laughed at my complaint and request for resolution.
The sales rep did admit that the equipment did not have foam filled tires. It was not a discrepancy.

Preferred solution: To Reimburse me the $1,864 which is the cost for me to get the equipment to the quality that they advertised and that I purchased. In addition, I lost production time of 9 weeks which resulted in an additional cost of $25,000 for me.
