You double charged me . Payment was taken twice
- - Double charged 88.95 for dress, plus 23 postage.
- - Overdraft fees, time spent, and a request to pay a euro to speak to a computer technician; refund.
I bought a dress on your site. As well as charging 23 postage you charged me twice taking 88.95 twice from my bank account.
This put me into overdrawn . when I contacted you, the assistant tried to make me pay a euro to talk to a computer technician to fix the problem which you caused.
You said it was refundable !!! Seriously you expect me to pay for this when you have taken up 2 hours of my day and made me have to pay bank fees.

I am needing some help on refunding an order and have not yet been contacted. There was 2 orders exactly the same and I had paid for both not realising, all I want to do is return one of the orders as I already have the exact same items now.
