They don't know what they're doing
- - Employee changed measurements from contract.
- - The wrong door arrived after six weeks.
- - Money was kept three months; no door; refund issued.
Came out and measured door. I signed a written contract with the correct measurements.
For some reason, a person at the company changed the measurements. They showed up six weeks later, wrong size door. I agreed to try again. Six weeks later, the day before they were supposed to install, they called to say they forgot to reorder.
They kept my money for 3 months and no door. They did give me a refund but this was a total waste of time.
I think they can't do custom doors, but, just didn't want to tell me. Go to home depot if you want a garage door.

Do not purchase anything for Mesa Garage Dopors
- - Mesa doors are falling apart despite a 10-year warranty.
- - A serviceman said the company went out of business.
- - Norman Lee told me to pound sand.
I contacted Mesa Garage Doors because the doors they installed were falling apart and I had a 10 tear warranty. Serviceman comes out to review and says to bad this garage door company went out of business.
I didn't purchase this door from a manufacturer I purchased it from Mesa. I called spoke to the supervisor Norman Lee and he basically told me to pound sand. I contacted the principles 3 times including one principle twice Lewis who never returned a call. When you purchase a product or service from a reputable company they stand behind the products they distribute but not Mesa.
I didn't have the opportunity to select the manufacturer when their salesman arrived. All I did was select the style of door.
Check out their horrorable reviews... I didn't!
