No make lip gloss.I ordered products on April 29 I was visiting my boyfriend used his address.Back home just send to my address 4086 Highway 51 Ariton Al.36311.Phone number 334369**** just send a text back.I already spoke to 3 ladies customer service I need my products or send me my money back.My boyfriend already replaced my products at local Merle Norman.But u will need it all again later on.

Defective product and store will do nothing
- - Real Rose cheek color disintegrated twice in travel makeup, and the Merle Norman store on University Blvd in Littleton, CO did not help.
Tried to call Merle Norman customer Service to report lasting cheek color real rose has disintegrated twice in my travel cosmetics. And it has never done that before.
I went into the store that I buy all my product from and the Merle store on university Blvd in Littleton Colorado. And they did not care to help me
