Communications with representive via phone
We are going to Napa Valley next tuesday; we have a reservation at the Meritage Hotel for two days; and at the Vino Bello. We asked that we be allowed to stay at one hotel so we don't have to move; instead of the representive being willing to say "let me see what I can do sir" the representive said " you will have to take to so and so " I can't help you !!! I feel like Shells should be willing to "bend over backwawrds" to Elite memters; not give them the "run around" Thanks for listening Patricia and Louis Abney Members with AZ points and CA points
