Online banking customer service help impossible.

Meridian bank recently merged with State Bank & Trust in Dallas,TX. and I was trying to set up my online bank. I had to wait up to 3 days to have my set up approved (which was done in 1 day). I never had to do this before but okay. So now I've been approved and time to set it up. I'm supposed to use the last 6 of my social as a Pass word and change the Pass word afterwards. I did this and they said the new pass word is 'invalid'. (Big headache now). I call the bank, the lady can't help me and transfers me, the phone rings FOREVER and finally a recording says she's out of the office. How can Customer Service be out of the office. I call the number I now got on an e-mail and I can't get through to EVERYONE at all. The options offered don't help at all. Finally the computer tells be to call back later and hangs up on me!!! Now I'm burning HOT and super pissed. Time to find another bank. Meridian Bank Ft.Worth,TX. is not worth the trouble.
