Failed to submit insurance claim
They sent my claim to the wrong place twice, now the claim was denied because it wasn't timely submitted and they are billing me for the whole thing. They submitted two appeals afterwards...to the wrong place. Already filed a BBB complaint and will be getting the Ohio department of insurance involved. Have wasted hours of my time back and forth on the phone with them and the insurance company and clearly they are wrong. One of them asked her supervisor about it and within 2 minutes she tells me he agreed that I owe the whole thing. No review or anything.
