Money Obsessed Sexual Harassment Enablers
- - Two provider complaints exist.
- - One involved near-sexual misconduct.
- - Billing pressed me to cancel a covered imaging test; the authorization was not sent.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST. In my nearly 45 years, I have NEVER had to make a formal complaint about a doctor.
NEVER. In the last 4 months, I have had to make formal complaints about TWO different providers (one of which was a hair way from sexually inappropriate. When that complaint was made, I asked repeatedly what the repercussions would be, and was never given a direct answer).
Strike THREE (I cant see any point making a formal complaint because it clearly doesnt mean anything): I had an imaging test scheduled for two weeks for a pain that has left me unable to simply walk.
Someone from billing called, told me it was not approved and repeatedly tried to get me to cancel the appointment right then so they could get another patient in (aka get paid sooner). I checked with my insurance company and this test is 100% covered in my plan, but the doctor failed to send in the authorization.
THE WORST.
Preferred solution: Apology
