Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I talked to a hospital official, its all taken care of.
I'm not sure how to answer this question, there is no outcome yet. I need to explain my situation to Mercy Health.
I have a compliment and a complaint and no email address of where to explain this. I want to be sure I have the correct email address.

I came here at the car crash again at 2:00 in the afternoon it is 9:00 p.m. when I get discharged I am a single black woman 56 years old with cancer radar disease and lupus these people told me that I have no way to get home other than a bus bus ticket in the morning and I have my children my grandchildren at home I believe this is callous and unusual never trust in any staff at this hospital my auntie died 29 days here and this hospital is not to be trusted far as your life is concerned single black women to be raped walking out in the streets at 3:23 in the morning they have no other option other than a bus talking when does that ever happen hospital

Preferred solution: For elderly people at 3:00 in the morning I feel it's absurd to allow people to be released from the hospital and have no way to get home when it's 22° weather people are suffering from cancer rainy season Lucas and they don't care here at all

TERRIBLE PLACE
Took my wife to this place , at the beginning she received a fair treatmen til she was taken at night from her room to intensive care , where the nightmare started. the whole team at the intensive care was so careless , so rude and so negligible.a series of lies and cover ups for lies.even when i complained i received a letter informing me that an investigation would be conducted and we will hear i 30 days, now 60 days not even one little result of that investigation. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN TO MY MY ENEMIES.

I was visiting a relative at Mercy Lorain, hraring a noise down the hall I peeked my head out the corner of the room to see two employees ravishing eachother. As I gave a disgusting glare i was told to mind my own business by the woman, who was a nurse i could see by her badge.
The other was maintenace worker. How do these employees get away with this stuff?

Nov. 19...My father..whos been,a patient there since Nov.17...when I ask dad..how are the nursing staff..he replied good...then,10 mins later..all but one..
Who he named and he thinks was on,nite shift.who ,actually grabbed his medicine..because he did not take them in the time she alotted him,to..threw it in the trash and replied we aint doing this today sir. My family heard of this all on Thanksgiving day...a day which my dad being in,the hospital..also had a great grandson,born there Thanksgiving day also.I,did follow tnrough..a report was made...and i asked that the nurse who my dad named not be allowef to enter his room,or care for him. And was assured the issue would be handled. So Thanksgiving nite..i was saddened by this..i,could not sleep.
We have to remember our jobs that require being kind to people*..elderly especially..who are ill..to be kind. We could all be in,thier very place of needing care .and kindness.
My family is employed through out Mercy Hoslital..in,all areas of the hospital....and we all,were devastated by this. I,only hope proper action,was put in,place so no,ones family will,ever see this occur again.
Incompetent Drs and staff
They did the exact same thing to my father!!!! This hospital needs to be shut down.
Please go to EMH or Cleveland Clinic. The staff sat for 2 hours, at the desk, discussing their personal lives. Yet I was told, by a nurse, she had 8 patients and was overwhelmed. Really!!!!
They badgered my father, talked down to him, constantly tried to get him to have an unnecessary surgery. That was discourage by a specialist. Drs.
are giving advice out of the fields of expertise. I feared for my fathers life daily.

PATIENT NEGLECT AT MERCY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER,3700 KOLBY RD. LORAIN
I WAS BROUGHT BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL(MERCY REGIONAL MECIAL CENTER,LORAIN,OHIO,3700 KOLBY RD) ON 6/7/15.WHILE I WAS IN THE E.R. THE DOCTOR CAME BUT ONCE AND TOLD ME I WAS IN A-FIB,AND I WAS BEING ADMIMITTED AND BEING NEGLECTED BY NUSERS/AND TREATED BADLY,YELLING,ATTITUDE,JERKING MY ARM FOR BLOOD PRESSURE READING AND PUTTING AN IV IN THE OTHER.SHE DID NOT BOTHER TO PUT AN RED ALLERGY BAND ON MY ARM TO LET OTHER NURSE'S AND DOCTOR'S KNOW I AM ALLERGIC TO IV IODINE AND ADDHESIVE TAPE.I SPENT HOURS IN E.R.
WITH NO NURSES,NO DOCTORS BARELY COMING IN FOR HELP,BUT THE E.R. DOCTOR NEVER CAME BACK,AND I WAS IN PAIN AND IN A-FIB,AND MY BACK AND LEG'S WERE STARTING TO GOING NUMB FOR BEING ON THE E.R HOSPITAL BED,WHICH ARE NOT COMFORTABLE,BEC BEEN THERE FOR HOUR'SNURSE CHECKING ON ME FROM 3 TO 4 HOUR'S AT A TIME BEFORE I WENT TO 1 WEST.THEN THEY SHIPPPED ME TO 1 WEST/CARDIAC CARE UNIT WITHOUT A RED BAND ALLERY BAND TO LET OTHER NURSE'S AND DOCTOR'S KNOW I AM ALLERGIC TO THING'S,PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER,AND AT RISK,AS I ALREADY HAVE,ANOXIC BRAIN DAMAGE,SEIZURES,2 STROKES,A-FIB PROBLEMS,AND SUDDEN DEATH SYNDROM(2006)STROKES(2009).FROM THE TIME I WAS IN 1 WEST CARDIAC CARE UNIT,6/7/15 TO 6/8/15 I WENT THROUGH 4 NURSE'S WHO DID NOT NOTICE THAT I DID NOT HAVE A ALLERGY RED BAND STATING THAT I WAS ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN THINGS.WENT THROUGH ALL THOSE SHIFT'S OF THE NURSE'S AND THERE TREATING ME BAD BY ,NO NOT BRINGING ME NO WATER,NOTHING FOR PAIN,OR TO CHECK IN ON HOW I WAS DOING? IT TOOK NEARLY 3 TO 4 HOURS BECAUSE OF PAIN AND DISCOMFORT AND NO HELP WHAT SO EVER AS I WAS STILL IN A-FIB OF THE HEART,AND LEFT ME THERE IN THAT ROOM IN PAIN AND DISCOMFORT WITH NO HELP.I HAD TO WALK OFF THE WARD/1 WEST TO GET A COLD DRINK OF WATER THE FIRST NIGHT I STAYED THERE BECAUSE NO ONE BROUGHT ME ANYTHING TO DRINK,AND NOT ONE NURSE NOTICED I LEFT THE WARD WITH MY HEART MONITOR HOOKED UP TO MY CHEST,HOW CRAZY IS THAT?THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BRING ME WASH UP STUFF THE NEXT MORNING,THE NURSE DID NOT BRING EVERYTHING,AND SHE DID NOT BOTHER TO INTRODUCE HERSELF,AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE OTHER THING'S I NEEDED SHE SLAMMED THING'S SHE HAD BROUGHT DOWN,AND IT TOOK HER 2 HOUR'S TO BRING THE REST OF THE STUFF BACK,I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT? I ASKED FOR A FAN, BECAUSE IT WAS HOT IN THE ROOM THE NIGHT BEFORE,AND I HAD A HARD TIME BREATHING WITH THE A-FIB GOING ON,IT TOOK 3 HOUR'S FOR THE NURSE THAT WAS SITTNG DOWN,AND DID NOT BOTHER TO TRY AND LOOK FOR ONE TILL I GOT UP AND HAD TO MAKE MY WAY TO THE HALLWAY BECAUSE THE ROOMS WERE SO HOT,JUST TO GET A FAN.
THE LAST NURSE TONI WAS TRYING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT,BUT IT DID NOT TURN OUT THAT WAY,BECAUSE SHE AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER NURSE'S WERE SUPPOSE TO MAKE HOURLY ROUNDS,ENDED UP BEING 3 TO 4 HOUR'S OR NOT AT ALL. FOR SOME OF THE NURSES THEY WERE SETTING DOWN TALKING WITH EACH OTHE LAUGHING,ONE WAS PLAYING A GAME ON HER PHONE WHEN I ASKED FOR A PAIR OF NON-SKID SOCKS, SHE TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO MY ROOM AND MIND MY OWN BUSINESS.BEFORE TONI,THE LAST NURSE AT MERCY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER LORAIN TOLD THERE WAS ANOTHER PATIENT ON THE CARDIAC UNIT I WAS ON, THAT SAME DAY THAT DID NOT HAVE A ALLERGY RED BAND EITHER,AND IT TOOK UP UNTIL TONI THE LAST NURSE,THAT WAS 4 NURSES!! TO REALIZE I DID NOT HAVE A ALLERRGY RED BAND TO FIND OUT WHAT I AERGIC TO ON A CARDIC CARE UNTI WHILE I WAS IN A-FIB,PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER. THAT IS PUTTING OUR LIVES IN DANGER!
ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE DIFFERENT NURES,AND DOCTORS COMING IN AND OUT ?,BUT WHEN I WAS DIS-CHARGED TONI GAVE ME A LIST OF MY MEDICATIONS AND A PERSCRITION AND I ASKED HER WHERE WAS MY DISCHARGE PAPER AT?HOW CAN THIS BE?THERE SUPPOSE TO BE KEEPING WATCH? IT IS NOT SAFE? THEY PUT ALL LIFE IN THERE IN DANGER. SO THE NURSE SHOWED UP TO GET ME OUT OF THERE SOME TIME LATER,WHICH HAPPEN TO BE THE SAME NURSE THAT BROUGHT ME MY BATHING STUFF WITH AN ATTITUDE,AND IT TOOK HOURS TO DO.
AND WHILE MY WIFE WAS DRIVING ME AND TAKING ME TO GET MY PERSCRIPTION TO WALMART TO BE FILLED,TONI THE NURSE FROM MERCY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER CALLED BEFORE WE COULD REACH WALMART TO COME BACK TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET THE DISCHARGE PAPERS,AND AS SOON AS WE GOT THERE TONI COME RUNNING OUT TO THE VAN AND GAVE US THE DIS CHARGE PAPERS,THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD ALREADY HAD BEFORE LEAVING THE CARDIAC FLOOR,I SHOULD HAD THE ALLERGY RED BAND SO THEY ,THE NURSE'S/DOCTORS AND MEDICAL STAFF KNEW I WAS ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN THINGS,THAT RIGHT THERE WAS PUTTING MY LIFE AT RISK WITH ME ALREADY BEING AT A-FIB WITH MY HEART,BEING IN PAIN AND DIS COMFORT AND THEY TREATED LIKE DIRT THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE FOR ANOTHER,NOT CHECKING ON ME HOURLY,AND NEVER BROUGHT ME ANYTHING FOR PAIN OR DISCOMFORT,WHEN THE HOSPITAL'S MISSION STATEMENT SAY'S DIFFERENT,AND NOT KNOWING WHAT MY DIS CHARGE INSTRUCTIONS WERE AND HAD TO COME BACK AND GET THEM,WHEN I ALREADY WAS NOT FEELING WELL,AND IF I HAD NOT GOT MY DIS CHARGE INSTUCTIONS I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN TO FOLLOW UP THE OTHER HEART DOCTOR,BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO FOR A HEART SURGERY COUNSILTATION JUNE 25TH,HOW CAN A HOSPITAL SAY IN THERE MISSION STATEMENT THERE ALL ABOUT MERCY AND COMPASSION AND THERE FOR PATIENT'S,BUT YET THEY TREAT OTHER PATIENT'S SO HORRIBLE? WHAT DID I DO THAT WAS SO WRONG TO DESERVE THIS TREATMENT?
Preferred solution: FOR PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER/NEGELIGENCE I WANT COMPENSATION/RESTITUTION $400,000 IT'S FAIR,AFTER THE CRAP I WENT THROUGH.

If there's a nasty nurse, shame on her and she should find another job.
But try to remember that people stuck in hospital for any number of reasons may be not be up to their usual level of comprehension and understanding.
But "devastated" is an absurd word to employ.
Devastated was Hurricane Katrina or Hiroshima.
