Charged and havent been using
I was charged and havent used it. I did not call to cancel because i planned to use it but didnt expect to be paying $70 per month for nothing in return

I am having the same issue, when I did use it they charged my customer. and at the end of the month I was charged almost double what the customer was charged. I was also told 24 hour turn around for payment to go into my account it is now 3 days, and it is no where to be found and cant reach customer service.
