Contract errors on new car purchase, not two but THREE TIMES!!!

If my review was regarding my 2014 Jetta, I would have given this 5 stars...love my new car. What I am unhappy with is the quality of service, or lack thereof, from the finance person who I will not name. I purchased my car 15 days ago and received a collection call today for the car I traded in. What?? So I call the finance person to inquire about the payoff because the loan in my name is still showing as unpaid. His response is to say "oh don't you worry about that, we will take care of it." Number one, I do worry about my credit that is being harmed by them not paying off my car. Number two, I dislike condescending attitude that I received. After spending 4 hours the initial day of purchase, my husband and I have had to return to sign a second contract, due to their 'clerical errors". Upon closer inspection I find multiple changes including burying a $995 service contract and adding the amount to the "rent charge" of my leased vehicle. My trade in has not been paid off and will not be until I come in to Merced VW to sign yet a THIRD CONTRACT. I am frustrated, and severely disappointed in the service I have received to date. I have purchased many new cars, including two brand new cars from Razarri, YAY RAZARRI...but I will never again take my business to Merced VW. Documents in hand to support this claim, and clerical errors do happen I understand. But this goes beyond clerical error. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

Poor Poor Customer Service

Volkswagen Merced:- Bad Service & POOR Quality Control, in addition to unlimited Bul*Shi* and Poor business ethics, overall they offer a very B A D ownership/motoring experience.. Drive Past Fast... Arrogance and a shrug of the shoulder is their weapon when they cannot get the job done right.. (so many horror stories, lots of greasy fingermarks on the Tan interior, Poor PDi and I mean POOR, a favorite phrase of the Service Manager (Paul)"get used to it its a Volkswagen')... In the end I had to go to Modesto to get my 2012 Passat SE properly serviced under Warranty.. CentralValley Volkswagen (Modesto) are amazing..GREAT Service, fantastic business ethics and most of All - THEY CARE..

That's Much Better!

I took a friend up to CentralValleyVolkswagen Modesto, to-day..he had already been told by MercedVolkswagen, that unless he was a SERIOUS BUYER - No TEST Drive!!!! He called me - 40minutes later he was test driving a new Passat SEL, then he tried a Genesis...That's It'' he takes delivery tomorrow @ 4pm... Poor MercedVolkswagen/Kia/Hyundai -- they are so OUT OF IT''............................... As is usual for this Dealership -> Pure Arrogance from Top to Bottom............ They are NOW Listed in the TOP 3 CA Auto Dealers of Who -> NOT TO PURCHASE From.. Motto -> Drive Past -> F A S T...MercedVolkswagen You Just Suck..

Purchased @ MercedVolkswagen-Brand new 2012 Passat SE -- they damaged & dirtied the interior, damaged the body near fuel filler, poor quality control-absolute Arrogance-utter Bullsh** the SM Paul Isenberg explained that problems need to be lived with"' It's a Volkswagen.. Peter Herz a so called company adviser is as full of BS as Paul..(call him and see (603)387 ****) Once You have Signed-Their salespeople do not respond to phone calls or emails.. They are always "Busy" - "Out of Town" - With a customer Please leave a message" Accelerate P A S T this dealership.........There are Far Better Deals & Customer Service up the road"" CentralValleyVolkswagen in Modesto (this dealership is GR8) needed a week to get the vehicle up to VW specs..
