Complaint about the Service Manager Christopher Logothetti, who accused the customer of stealing the loaner
To the CEO of Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek, This is to write to you that we (Fawzieh and Kazem Bimar) purchased a MBZ 2014, evening time and was delivered in the morning to our house by the dealership. When we inspected the car there were some scratches on the driver side and a little damages the right side back tire. We call the company and the agent(Mr. Choudhry) to take the car to the dealership for fixing. We did so, and got a loaner, for 2 weeks no body called us, we went there and our car was not fixed, we came back with the loaner,for 3 weeks no one called us we went again and our car was not fixed. We went home, and a week later Mr. Christopher Logothetti Manager called us and said the car is ready, I was at work in Monterey, Teaching Military Students every day, and told him during the week days I am working, I can come on Saturday, or you guys drop my car and take yours. He text and warned me, if the loaner is not by Wed. in the dealership Mr. Chris will report to the Police as a stolen. He insulted us very much. We need the restoration of our prestige. If your office ignoring us then we have to knock some other doors as well. Thanks for your attention.

Bait and Switch
The sleaziest used car lot around, Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. For a Mercedes dealership to turn into a use car lot with all the associated behaviors one would expect from marginal members of society. These clowns think they can do what ever they want and the customer will just take it. what gall, no class. I attempted to purchase a used car from them. The car was not ready for sale but that didn't stop them from pushing to make a deal. We came to terms, but somewhere along the way they made changes and neglected to inform me until it was too late. Bait and switch! Buyer Beware!

If you do not care about the Customers Complaints, you will lose credibility in the Bay Area. There should be an investigation about such kind of Accusation ( such as Stealing ) by the Manager of the MBZ of Walnut Creek.
