Mercedes Benz in the Business of Doing Nothing But being a bully
I have a new 2013 purchased a year ago. The check engine light has been illuminating which in most cases causes the car to go "limp" and non functional which can be quite scary on i-75 I have taken this car into the dealership mainly MB of South Orlando for the problem six times or more. They have been unable to replicate the problem. The main problem is that MBUSA customer care and its executive staff have been bullying me and not standing behind their consumers. I had to beg a week ago while coasting off the exit for the Mercedes Roadside to send a technician to assist me at 10:00pm I have begged MBUSA customer care and its executive staff to assist me in resolving issues with MB of South Orlando because the dealership refuses to communicate to me on what maintenance repairs have been made or when the car is ready. When I was told the car was ready and picked it up the next day it wasnt and missed a therapy appointment which cost me money and all the cold hearted service advisor could say was Im sorry and I agree the car should have been ready but did not offer to compensate me in any way When I was verbally threatened by a member of the South Orlando staff, because I wanted to abandon the car due to the fact I was so frustrated with how I was not treated with dignity and respect instead of the business mgr showing empathy nobody did anything not MBUSA nor the GM of the dealership. I was told verbally that I would not have to pay for maintenance 511.38 dollars by the GM and he now does not stand behind his promise Mercedes Benz customers are not treated with the dignity and respect that they should be accorded whether they purchase a 35,000 vehicle or a 350,000 vehicle
