The worst dealership

They robbed us after 4 weeks of Purchase our car CPO is inoperative. When we went for help to repair The manager Fernando Lopez -Varela Denied our repair and only took Our money. Now no car and no money The worst place please be careful This place is doing bad business and Bad service.

Mercedes Benz Of Miami Customer Care Review from Miami, Florida

I'm so upset; I just left the parts Dept ; Mercedes of Miami; I called the night before; ref; my key was not working; may need a battery; Was advised to come in for a battery next day; ( closing ) Upon my arrival; four; four attendants at the counter; no body acklowleged me; after a few minutes I walked over to the cashier: came back ; still no response; I'm livid now; rge first finally asked : as he looked from his computer; cab he help me; I explained I Needed a battery for my key; he implicitly stated ; they don't replace key batteries; I told him ; parts stated I could come in; and get a battery for my key;" well we replace car batteries" Another attendant stepped in : took the key; saw that there was no light:asked if it opened the door; I'm 38 hot now; he sensed my agitation. Took the key; emptied the two batteries; and told me it would be $10. I can't believe the extremely bad customer service ; AND the inept attendant of his job duties; this is NOT my first Mercedes; my intent was to look while I was there ; for my THIRD one;NOT!!!!!! I expect more; people pay too much money for a vehicle; to get horrible customer service: I feel snubbed!!!! I'm pissed!!!!!
