When I went down to test drive a used car all was well and I was happy with the sales man, Jeff. At first he was a gentleman, but later when I picked out a car I saw on line, it was indeed available for sale, I emailed him telling him that I will have a bank check on Monday from my bank, plus a 1.700 down payment, but to my dismay he refused my down payment??
Maybe he had a niece that wanted the car, and was reserving it for her? I have no idea! If he would have said instead Here is another one you may like and give info about it, but he just cut me off. I thought I was respectful to him?
I guess he doesn't care at all how he treats people. I wont set foot at that dealership again!

After bringing my 2015 sprinter for the same repairs from april 2018 until it ran out of warrantee in late Nov, 2018 for the same repairs and was told to fix it then would be over $3000.00 the check engine and def fluid lights would not go out causeing it to not start , I was forced with a dead mercedes sprinter in they're lot , to trade it for what they had left which was a new 2017 leftover sprinter , after taking a preditor loan for it through them (as I needed a truck for work) , The new sprinter was missing the spare tire and carrier , All the tires were warped from sitting and out of ballance, After a couple days it rained I found the back doors were warpped and leaking , when cold had trouble going into gear , when taking off quickly into traffic it will lock up in 1st gear and a few other things , every week I would call for the missing parts after weeks a salesmen found a body shop for me to deal with for the doors which now wont be fixed till end of January 2019 The tires I went back and lost 3 more different days for them to reballance them and nothing changed in fact the fronts now shake , When I was told they would replace them (They didn't ) most of the trips to look at the other stuff was undocumented , as they also change the words on the work orders to make it look like you never went there for the same thing , that I noticed several times with the 2015 sprinter , I was told by the service manager to make a list of everything , I did and emailed it and never got a response from anyone there , I would not recommend Prime mercedes of Manchester NH to anyone , They boost the prices way more than any other dealer then claim to give you a deal, they don't back up their vehicles pretty much tail light warrentee after that its all blowing smoke , At 60 years old and mostly buying new work trucks ,This is one of the worse dealers I've had to deal with
