Mercedes Benz Of Hoffman Estates Car Diagnostics Review
- - Doors and trunk won't open; the dealer quoted $8,000 to repair.
- - $480 diagnostic fee for door/trunk locks; problem not found, and car held 3 days.
Brought in my Mercedes for service to Hoffman Estates Mercedes-Benz because doors and trunk won't work and don't open. They conducted a multipoint inspection and came up with a quote of 8000 dollars to repair all the supposed fails.
Happens the car does not really need half of the repairs they said and at the end they still ripped me off with 480.00 dllrs just for diagnostic of door trunk locks not working and did not even find the problem. If you guys are smart DO NOT bring your car for service. This place is a waste of time and and they are crooks. They also kept the car for this issue for 3 days.
Find a true honest local mechanic. Will never repeat and will spread the word about this service dealership.

Dear Management!
I am writing to pass a information with attached voicemail about Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates, IL . This is about a problem with my response to survey about March 10, 2015. After few days of my car-service I have received phone call one of the Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates service advisor with voicemail he stated that Mercedes of Hoffman choose not to service my vehicle anymore with advise to take my service business somewhere else. I made three contacts to general manager left two voicemails but no response.
After a fifteen years of Mercedes Benz loyal customer I feel disappointed about survey and feedback from dealership.
