They ran my credit and my wife credit 12 tines last year!!!

- - Credit would be run once; a Credit Karma text showed 12 runs; they left after the manager's warning.
U can not trust this car lot 1300 Texan Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051.We was looking for a CTS coupe Cadillac and they had one. We had $ 5,000.00 dollars to put down on a used car in cash .We were told by the sale person that they would run our credit just once.
We did get approved for the car. We received a tex from Credit karmal telling us our credit was just ran 12 times. We ask the sales person Mark about and he told us it was not true. We showed him that tex from Credit karmal.We ask to speak to a manager.
The dealership manager told us u can't trust Credit karma and we left.
We wrote a letter to BBB and they sent us paperwork to fill out. This company is full of real Rela snakes and real cobras snake !!
