POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a vehicle from Autonation Mercedes of Delray Beach, FL and sold the car on 12/14/20. I reached out about the GAP cancellation form and was unable to get anyone to return my phone calls (I made 29 of them) and I was clear that if I was not called back by the 30th time, I would drive down to the dealership personally...which I did. KAVON MORADI filled out the form for me and put a sale date of 4/26/21 on the form, which was 4 months after the actual sale date. I have not heard back from KAVON or the dealership since 6/20/21 saying that the refund is typically 90-120 days to get back. Tomorrow is 9/1/21 (128 days later) and I still have not received my refund or a call back. This is completely ridiculous that I sold this car 255 days ago and it took 29 phone calls over 127 days to get any help, but we are nowhere near the finish line. Eric
