GAS thieves!!

I have always suspected that every time I service my vehicle, gas was missing. For the last 2 times I have proven to the service dealer exactly that, I have pictures that shows exactly that.

4 months ago they admitted and gave me a full tank of gas and a detail clean-up. They said the found who did it and was fired. I do not believe it. Now it happened again, gas is missing and they admitted again, now who needs to be fire is the manager.

they offered me a full tank of gas, I declined, I want the manager now to be fired. Is not the gas!!

They do not understand, there are principals to follow. Manuel Fuentes

Mercedes Benz Dealer - Bad Customer Service

I went in to test drive a GLS at the Mercedes Benz dealer in Coral Gables when I first arrived here in 2013. The people at the front desk were very friendly and ushered me to see one of their staff who would do the drive. The building is very nice and they valet-parked my car.

He was an older Cuban guy in a suit. He did not speak English very well. He stared at me for a long time. I was not sure what was going on. I am a young woman. Then he told me that the car (it is an SUV) was probably too much for me, because it is more for 'sporty' people and I was just a young woman.

I laughed and said take me anyway. He tried to convince me to buy another vehicle saying I would not need that and it was overpriced. I went out with him in the first sedan he suggested. It was alright just like any other good quality sedan.

We came back in and I asked to drive the SUV. He said no one would buy that and it was a bad idea. I said, that is why I came in and I got an appointment to drive it. so finally he took me out reluctantly and frowning.

We went on the drive. I asked him questions but he did not know how to answer. The vehicle itself was terrific but like all Mercedes, the dash is terrible. It drove well though which is why I would buy it. I was still considering it.

We came in back and he drew up both papers and put the sedan on top telling me "You want this." But I said no, I already have a sedan.

He said "These *** young people, want to be fashionable." It actually handles very well in the snow, which is a primary consideration for me as I only am in Florida part time.

I tried to explain but he did not listen.

He got angry when I said I did not want to buy the sedan and lost interest in helping me. I got the quote for the SUV and left.

The owner's assistant called me to ask if I would want to buy a vehicle. I said, probably not and explained what happened. She apologized and told me to come back in. I thought though it was a painful experience and too unpredictable. It is a chain car dealer. I expect quality service and the guy to be able to answer questions about the car.

I have since then bought a Tesla and I will probably still buy the GLS but from another dealer.
