I LaVern Alexander took my car in for service Nov.4,2013 for several problems which was the center console and doors would unlock with the remote but could not lock them.Chuck .

My Service Advisor 1863 Chuck Steve Benson.My vehicle is a 2006 Mercedes Benz CLS 500.I took my vehicle in for center console lid and doors unlocking but not locking with the remote.My vehicledevelope another problem while being service.My Navigation system, radio and everything that came on my screen is not functioning.I did have this problem until going there.The technician has done something to my car.Upon telling the service advisor he said the technician would reboot the system.The reboot lasted for one day only.Mercedes Benz of Chicago is responsible for my problem and should resolve it.Contact information LaVern Alexander 7629 S.
