Poor service at Cherry hill Mercedes

I am a 65 years old owner of Mercedes Benz cars for over 30 years. I usually do not complain or blog and pay my bills immediately . I have been a loyal customer therefore I feel that you should b aware of my recent experience at the service department at Cherry Hill Mercedes. A few months ago, I brought my car for a routine maintenance and also I asked them to check the washer fluid leak. It cost me over $3,000 and the leak continued to occur. The service manager, David old me to bring the car back which I did and the leak was still was not fixed. I informed David again of the situation and told him of a new issue, a sign on the dashboard appearing intermitting with the word Malfunction The car went back to the shop and David told me the conductor needed to be replaced and the cost would be $1500. He also old me that he would look at the washer fluid leak. The car was in the shop for 3 days and after several unanswered phone calls, I picked up the car and the malfunction sign was still there and the leak continued .Next, I took a picture of the sign on the dashboard and the leak on the floor from the washer fluid tank and showed I to David. He told me the problem was in the transmission and this time it would cost another $800 or more. I started to lose confidence and I told David that I should not e responsible for the extra cost and probably thee was nothing wrong with the conductor in the first place. David called me and he told me he would turn my case over to his manager Mark who I never spoke to. He told me to pick up the car if I don't want to pay for the new service. Please let me know if this is the appropriate way to treat long term loyal customer? I feel that the service dept at Cherry Hll is damaging your good name and you deserve better than that. I am seriously considering not owning a Mercedes car again and I will advise my friend against buying or leasing a Mercedes as long as Cherry Hill Mercedes is the only service department within 25 miles radius.
