Don't buy their used inventory
Bought a vehicle from them that they must have received as a trade-in. 2012 Sorento, yes I declined the expensive warranty plans as they were designed for Mercedes owners not kia owners.
Four months after purchase I had to replace the starter, ok I'll deal with that, five months after that fix, the vehicle started excessively leaking oil. Engine rear main seal needs to be replaced, this is not such an easy fix. I would have returned the vehicle citing lemon law at the first incident with the starter but limits had ran out already. This car has been owned less than a year with less than 6,000 miles put onto it, still only had 72,000 miles (it's not a high mileage vehicle) and now I must pay thousands of more dollars for it to be drivable.
Mercedes Benz Burlington pretty much told me to go kick rocks.
You would think a large company that prides themselves in the customer would atleast try to work with me in someway to have reasonable repairs made but nope only if it's a brand new Mercedes not from their used inventory. Please do not buy anything used, not a Mercedes from here, it's more trouble than it's worth.
