Verified ReviewerMy car was damaged at their facility.
Update: on January 13th my car broke down on the highway. Now I will be forced to return to this unprofessional place because they failed to do the work that they promised me was done.
My car was damaged at this dealership while it was serviced there. After I pointed out the damage, no less than three employees added insult to injury by gaslighting me.
Unfortunately, I will need to file an insurance claim in order to have the damage fixed. Lesson: Be prepared to file an insurance claim with YOUR insurance company if something happens to your car while in the care of Mercedes Benz Of Buckhead, because they will NOT do anything about it.
User's recommendation: Be prepared to file a claim with your insurance carrier because this business will NOT accept responsibility for any damages.
Mercedes benz of buckhead Dealership Jacob Montague
Funds were returned back to me. Thank you Mercedes of Buckhead.
I don't know why Jacob did that -what reason.. but i have now been refunded by the company.
2017-**** AWFUL SERVICE! EXTORTION I FEEL IT IS...
JACOB MONTAGUE IN FINANCIAL OFFICE...Beware of him. WITHOUT MY APPROVAL AND I MADE NO PURCHASES, BOUGHT ZERO USED MY CHARGE CARDS AND TOTAL 10,000.00 + from another card 2500.00 back in December 2017 and it is 2months later that I received a call back call because we were getting ready, to take mbob to court for extortion. And we even have witnesses from Mercedes Benz of buckhead, and recorded call when Mr. Montague pretended he had put the funds back on the card and the Investigator and card company said NO, he has not put the funds back.
Just took the money. Is he in need of money to the point he has to extort it like that from a person. DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS THERE- I HONESTLY FEEL that they, mbobuckhead will go out of business there. THERE ARE MANY OTHER MERCEDES BENZ COMPANIES WHERE YOU CAN PURCHASE YOUR CAR AND HAVE MERCEDES BENZ FINANCIAL SERVICES TO FINANCE YOU BECAUSE THOSE PEOPLE IN THAT OFFICE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTABLE.
STAY AWAY FROM MERCEDES BENZ OF BUCKHEAD (mbob).
Ridiculous taking people money. I have contacted to of the top administrators there and maybe they will have him to put the funds back.

Atlanta GA, Mercedes Benz of Buckhead
January 4, 2015 I purchased a 2016 E350 from Mercedes Benz of Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. I was told to come back the next day to pick up vehicle because two of the tires were needing replace.
The exact words was, "Something is wrong with the front tire and they are replacing it." Suddenly I was told, "Two tires". When I arrived I came with my boyfriend on the initial day of purchase. On the return I came with my daughter. My pick up turned into a two hour wait.
Within the week of the purchase I noticed a small bubble like appearance in one of the tires (washing the car) and looked at the other, noticed the same as I went to the third I noticed two bubbles but thought these were sensors since I had a previous 2007 model and traded up to 2013. On Thursday April 14, 2016 as I was driving the vehicle on the highway one of the tires popped, I had to swerve and gain control of the vehicle. I immediately tried to slow the vehicle down and veered off the exit that was right in arms reach. I slowly drove the vehicle in its condition to my sister home that was less than a half of mile away.
(It was dark and around 10PM). The end result of cause and effect simply was, tire had *** and the rim was slightly bent. Friday, April 15 2016 car was towed from Atlantic Station and taken to a tire place to get a tire. I was told that all tires were faulty and that I need to immediately take vehicle back to Mercedes of Buckhead for assistance.
The gentleman told me that the tires should still be under warranty and that Mercedes of Buckhead should be able to get a credit on the tires. I contacted my salesman at Mercedes on Friday April 16, 2015 and explained the issue and was told to immediately come in and I would be taken care of at once. When I arrived the story and promise changed, I was made to wait one hour and led into an office. The gentleman was so rude and matter of fact and told me that I would need to buy three new tires.
When I said who in a voice that was clearly not happy he got up and said where the car, walked towards the vehicle is and began counting the bubbles. He said this happens when you hit pot holes and I said no its not, the tires were purchased with the bubbles and no reading came up on the vehicle until the tire popped, He proceeded to say $350 per tire and walked off. I and my salesman went back to his area and he directed the blame to the gentleman by stating looks like he is not going to do anything about it. I looked at him as if you told me to come and you would have me taken care of.
I just sat in awe. He told me he would send a message to the GM and get back to me. I drove home on the spare tire and was not helped. Monday came and I was contacted by my salesman telling me they approved it and he wanted to know if anyone contacted me back about it.
I advised not one person has contacted me he said he would find out and get back to me. Tuesday I called to ask what was going on and he told me that the GM gave the "ok" but he will call me back, I heard nothing from him. I contacted Mercedes Benz tow and had my vehicle sent to Piedmont location. Spoke to GM Dominique Ford and he was the worst ever, he told me that I hit something and sent me photos.
I told him the tire popped and caused the reaction he is seeing. He stated there was yellow paint underneath the carriage area. That yellow color came from me parking to close to the yellow parking bumps located in some retail shopping centers. The yellow paint does not constitute me hitting anything or potholes.
So explain the four tires all with bubbles? So I hit four pot holes at the same time or at different times since this is what caused the tire to pop? I could not believe the stance and the level of customer service GM Dominique Ford used towards me. He demanded that I make an insurance claim against my vehicle so they would get my car fixed.
I laughed and told him he was insane if he thought I would make a false claim as so because I hit absolutely nothing. I have his text messages from his phone and I am saving this for court. He told me that I would have to purchase tires from them and they would give me an alignment free of charge. The nerve of that offer and his dumbfounded solution.
They risked my life by placing those tires on the car and selling a car in that condition. Within the first month of owning the vehicle the lights needed replacing and I went to purchase them and they replaced all the bulbs for the front. A few days later I hear a rattling sound from the car as I drove. I looked under the vehicle and a piece of the fiber like material was hanging.
I took some scissors and cut the piece off and placed in my glove compartment. I had a very ill feeling about the vehicle and the way it drove after a month of owning it. The drive just did not feel right and I contacted my salesman back to advise I was not happy with the vehicle and wanted to trade it for the CLS.
I never got a response back from him. I believe they knew that car was in the condition it was and they did not like the deal I gave them with the trade.
