Dear Cardekho Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service and communication failure I have experienced with Cardekho regarding the evaluation and sale of my car. This situation has caused me immense inconvenience, wasted my valuable time, and severely tarnished my trust in your company.

On March 17, 2024, I diligently rescheduled my commitments to accommodate Cardekho's evaluation of my car, despite the inconvenient change in the evaluation time which was earlier scheduled for March 16, 2024.

While the evaluation was thorough, the subsequent lack of communication regarding the sale price offer was utterly unacceptable.

Following the evaluation, I received a confirmation message via WhatsApp stating that the evaluation has been completed on 17 March 2024, and I was verbally assured very confidently by the customer care executive, namely Mr. Mahinder, that the best price would be offered to me within 3-4 hours on 17 March 2024. I was hoping to get the same process completed on the same day itself. However, ever since that day, I have been continuously checking with your customer care executive team, especially Ms.

Neelam, to please connect me with the concerned team members, Mr. Mahinder and Mr. Saurabh, for the closure of the open case and to finalize the sale of my car.

However, I was given false promises on 18 March that the best price would be received post-closure of the bidding with the channel partner within 3 hours, within 1 hour again when I checked back on 18 March, but still no confirmation. I myself called the customer care executive again on 19 March 2024 to see what is the update of the bidding/sale, to which they again said the bidding is closing in 15 mins (this was confirmed by 11:40 am yesterday).

However, I myself had to check by evening and request a call back, but no call back has been made as of now as well. Today morning also I spoke to Ms. Neelam (around 11 am) and she again stated that the bidding is still ongoing due to unknown reasons but she said that the concern shall be escalated to higher management and I would get the confirmation via call within 30 mins. Now the day is almost over, and I am still wondering if I will EVER BE GETTING ANY PROPER COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR COMPANY.

Despite multiple assurances, I have been left in the dark for days without any update on the sale price.

Despite numerous attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I have been met with nothing but empty promises and further delays. Ms. Neelam assured me of a callback within 30 mins this morning, which never materialized. This lack of accountability, transparency, and basic communication is utterly unacceptable for a company that claims to be a reputable platform for car sales.

Your failure to honor your commitments has left me feeling disregarded and disrespected as a customer.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect Cardekho to provide me with the sale price offer as promised without further delay. Additionally, I demand an explanation for the egregious mishandling of this entire process and a clear plan of action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I will be copying this email to your CEO to ensure they are aware of the incompetence and negligence displayed by your team. I reserve the right to escalate this matter further to higher authorities or consumer protection agencies if necessary.

Furthermore, I find it incredulous that I am receiving quotes from other platforms, such as CARs24, while your company fails to fulfill its obligations.

How can I consider alternative offers without a valid quotation from your company?

I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter within 24 hours. Failure to do so will force me to pursue all available avenues for recourse.
