Very bad customer service

Service centre doesnt provide any record of whats done during service and behave very unprofessional.

I was told verbally a year back of the need to replace a part and that the part was ordered from Germany. However, not only that the part arrived ever, after few follow ups, the service team started saying theres no proof/record of them saying that they ordered the spare part.

A year on, I am still awaiting and hearing the same excuses. Very disappointed with Colindale Mercedes.

Mercedes benz refused to refund my £10,000 deposit i put down on a new car following the death of my mother from Cancer,.

Mercedes Benz Colindale refused to refund my £10,000 deposit following the death of my mother from Cancer even though I previously bought a brand new car from them worth £70,000 just two years earlier. I was unable to pay the balance £90,000 due to funeral expenses for my mother. All I was offered was an extension to of three more weeks to come up with the balance money. No compassion whatsoever, they were ruthless!!!
