I made a purchase for some Timberland boots, but the seller canceled for some reason. Consequently, I had to reorder.

I was refunded for the first order, but not for the second one. I had canceled the second order due to shipping delays and wasn't refunded for that one.

This company will steal your money by suspending your account with funds in it and refusing to reopen it without cause or justification

I suspect fraudulent activities on the app some sellers are requesting shipping fee out of there which I think it doesn't sound right so please check on it especially on the cell phones that's why I try to purchase a phone and it says it's a giveaway but then you have to send them cash up money for $20 for shipping

I purchased the item and it looks nothing like the seller presented I am very pissed I would never order anything off Mercari again. My charm is tarnished it was a Tiffany necklace and it looks nothing like what was presented I am very upset

Has no customer support and when I finally got someone on the line after searching for ways to contact them for days I was told to wait for an email because my case was special

The item has already arrived at the buyers address. The buyer however says that his payment did not go trough at the last second.

I fear that he might ne scamming me . Will mercari autopay me the money to my balance if the buyer does not pay me?

I'm pissed this all feels like a scam I've attempted so many way to add my credit card to purchase the item it says there's a error or the card info is wrong I try to pay with pay pal to no avail no matter how many ways I attempt to pay for the item it wouldn't allow me to pay I attempted to order another and realized that the same person is selling multiple bags that are exactly the same with different prices

Evidently they can limit your account at 3 am eastern time. Midnight pacific standard USA time. However you are unable to contact them after 9 am.

Hundreds of dollars stolen by Mercari. And they are still doing business in our country. They are a Japanese app, now allowing Japanese transactions.

Japan has no desire to buy from Americans. But they want to capitalize selling to Americans

I received a wicker picnic basket with a broken piece, but the packaging was undamaged. The item broken was a wine glass specifically made for this set.

Hi im complaining about seller @55175**** DREW. SOi bought an item from him for $50 then I noticed 4 hrs later he canceled the order.

He says because I didn't text him back that'd why he canceled. This is wring that is not your policy that it's required to message someone on their item im order to buy it!!!

I was ripped off. I paid over $300 for a Festool saw and was sent some cheap necklace instead. This seller is not legitimate.

I opened the box and it's all broken down the side. The whole stool is broken; there's a big chunk taken out of it.

Both sides are broken, barely holding on, and the top is also broken. I would like my money back. It seems like it was broken when she sent it to me.

But item but purchased wrong thing wanted to buy game but purchased the case instead so they refund me credit instead of cash back so I dont know how to use the credit to buy anything on it. Thank you.
