Three weeks ago this company sent me a vibration plate without the remote. You can not use the vibration plate without the remote.

I have been in contact with different customer service departments and each time I have to re-explain I just need a remote. This company has jerked me around all over the damn place, but can't send the remote I need to use the product. Needless to say I'm returning this 19 lb paper weight they sent me (useless piece of junk it is without a remote it's completely freaking useless) and hopefully I will get a refund and I will go with a different company. What a hellish nightmare buying this product and trying to have a problem so simple as a Remote for my product that couldn't be sent.

I just wanted a product that worked, but this company would rather play games then provide proper customer service. I included a few pictures of the run around I've been experiencing, by the way this product was ordered and delivered in August.
