Do not buy a thing from this company! Their 100% customer service satisfaction guarantee is a lie. They do not stand behind it and do what's right. They couldn't care less about how satisfied you are; once they have your money, they don't give a crap.
I had to write them three times to get any kind of answer from them, and then they would not do a thing about it.
Move on to someone else; there are others to purchase from, but don't do it; you'll be sorry.
The only reason they have 1 star is because I had to put one to move on. I would give them no stars.

- - Ordered felt protectors; told it was on the way on 2/18.
- - Received item with no felt; no return/refund offered; billing shows Herbopathica.com.
I placed an order for Chair & table legs felt protective covers & was advised on 2/18 that it was on way. When I received, there was no felt as described.
I sent email to advise of incorrect item. While they replied promptly, they advised I received correct item even though I provided picture of item description & picture of item received. Since i provided proof & their guarantee, I expected an offer to return & refund as I paid over $50 & was not satisfied with the product. I was told multiple times that I received correct item and could not return.
I point blank asked where the felt is and have not received an answer. I do not recommend this company as they do not live up to Satisfaction Guaranteed and 100% Satisfaction.
I am not satisfied & they have done nothing to make sure I am!!! Also, billing did not come under this name & posted as Herbopathica.com
