Menu problem

I had to have it disconnected due to orders coming in not matching my pos and not being able to get in touch with someone that understood when calling Menufy or getting the help I needed and the customers number not being accurate as I was told to call them directly etc.

Very frustrated with my order

My order was supposed to be delivered, but wasn't. I had to go pick it up after it had been ready for over 30 minutes because the driver who was supposed to deliver it chose not to.

I spoke with menufy to get money back. Was told I'd get the delivery fee back and the driver tip back, but thus far have only received the driver tip. I'm very disappointed in this whole experience!

I thought I could at least get half my money back, but was told a ticket would have to be submitted for that, even though I had to place my order and pick it up myself, so there no resolution and I was told I'd be contacted at some point which is even more frustrating. At this rate because of all this I'd love to get all of my money back considering by the time I actually got my food it was all cold and kind of nasty but I had to eat it anyway because I paid for it!!!

Refund not forthcoming

I ordered online. Payed $40.00 dollars for food that was never delivered.

Tried contacting customer service twice. First time was told i would hear from them the next day. no one called or messaged. Tried calling a second time.

The rep barely knew what to do or how to help me. It has been 24 hours since first contacting customer service at menufy and no resolution. Do, I lose $40.00 dollars. SDR

p.s.

any other food delivery would have had this refund in the works already.

I am really pissed. Will never use them again
