We tried to order belt and it said issue with card but has now charged my account 3 times and when I tried to exit it said processing again so not sure if going to try and charge a forth time!!! 3 charges and no order number??!

Potential Scam!
Dont waste your time/money. Item never shipped.
Potential scam, so PayPal refunded the amount. They give a phone number you cant reach and do not answer any emails. Therefore, theres absolutely NO communicating with them. If it is a legit businessHorrible customer service and will probably never even get your item.
$45.99 for a t-shirt that they never even shipped! Do not tryst this website!

Arrogant and Threatening Business owner Bad Customer Service
The owner of Mentality Official , Named Jason H on youtube is exploiting its customer base.
I personally purchased a bracelet with an inspirational quote for my young son. I received only 1 of 2 that I purchased.
I emailed this and asked to get the second bracelet or a refund.
This was his reply:
I find it very odd that you received an item that we are still in the process of manufacturing. There are zero products for us to ship let alone to short you 1 item in your order.
We have refunded the amount, but would like to advise you not to order from our business again. We have reported your information to the fraud department our of payment merchant.
Mentality.
I replied and sent a picture of the item this behavior is unacceptable and the signs of a person not in his right mind.
Why would you sell an item if it is not produced?? then you are using consumer money to fund your business and I have quoted these same bracelets out already they cost $1.05 per bracelet now I am not one to down an entrepreneur however highway robbery plus a bad attitude there is no reason for this
I highly recommend BOYCOTTING this company I am sure there are many more out there with same products and better deals
